  Virtual Drop-in appointments are 20-30 minutes in length and the times below are in Eastern/New York City time. Please note that our video conferencing platform works best on a desktop computer or laptop. If you are unable to be near a desktop/laptop at the time of the appointment please select the phone call option.

If you're in the area and prefer an in-person meeting, schedule a time to drop by during our weekly walk-in hours.
